Reformer Pilates
Our reformer Pilates classes are a full body class designed to increased your stability, control, strength, and balance. Each class is designed by the instructor and each instructor brings their own flair and own combination of classical and contemporary principles.
Strong Reformer Pilates
Our strong reformer Pilates classes take everything we see in a reformer class but add more emphasis on resistance training. This includes the introduction of weights into most exercises and the use of heavier springs. Designed to help you build strength, muscle mass, and bone density in a low impact way.
Community Reformer Pilates
Our community classes are designed to give new and emerging teachers an opportunity to build their skill set and teach classes under the guidance of a senior teacher. Often taught by Move North Mentorship participants. They also provide a very accessible price point for new members to try the studio.
Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates
Our Mums and Bubs classes are for just that, mums and Bubs. Classes are similar to a standard reformer class with the expectation it will be a little more stop and start with up to 8 small humans in the room. Babies up to crawling age welcome, older than that if they are happy to stay in the pram and stay safe bring them along.
